Andi Mallen was wonderful in helping me find the right home for me. This was my first experience selling and purchasing a house on my own. If it hadn’t been for Andi‘s knowledge of the area, patients and guidance I don’t think I would have done it. She worked daily for weeks to find me exactly what I was looking for. She would check for new listings until finally found me my forever home. I have been in my home for six months and couldn’t be happier thanks to Andi. I definitely recommend her to help you find your forever home.
Andi Mallen is great to work with. She has all of the attributes I look for in a real estate professional. Andi Mallen exuded professionalism from our first meeting. I had the task of selling my mother’s home in Indio, but I lived in San Jose, CA. Andi kept in contact with me on a weekly basis. She went above and beyond what any realtor would do for a client (monitoring the removal of possessions from the house), beautiful staging and ensuring the home was professional cleaned. She was prepared with information on the sales of homes in the area and priced my mother’s home accordingly. The home sold within 45 days - fantastic accomplishment for the Palm Springs area.
